The Nesuto was a nice hotel to stay in, easy to find and parking was also good. The room was good, TV was a little dated and (this is just me) the bed was a little too soft. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

Rooms are looking a bit tired and the furniture needs replacing, but the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms looking dated and need to be renovated, but clean and comfortable.

Although the property is a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. Ours faced the back street so there was no road noise. It's within walking distance of buses and the train station. There was an IGA and several takeaway/eat in dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and convenient to our needs. Only negative were the cooking smells coming through the aircon system.

A good stay, but wanted the room sparkling.

I think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted. That seemed a bit odd? I'd be happy to stay again based on value for money.

Hotel looked in need of significant renovation. There were stains on the lobby furniture. In my room there was a spill in the fridge that had not been cleaned up, and there were stains on the carpet. The lack of power points made it difficult to charge my electronics. The bathroom looked worn out, and the bathtub had dents and cracks in the enamel.

Overnight stay

The room was well equipped and comfortable. Friendly front desk and easy, secure parking. But some maintenance is required - cockroaches in the dishwasher, balcony door was hard to close and lock, carpet needs cleaning and toilet paper and soap holder fittings need to be resecured.

The staff on duty on the 27/9/25 to 28/9/25 was very helpful and professional. The room was perfect and self contained ( that was what I was impressed about.) You rarely have self contained units or rooms this days. Wouldn’t mind booking Nesuto in the near future soon.

Nice to be able to think.

Great stay out of the city and so nice sleeping amongst leafy suburb. Had a great sleep minimal noise and comfy with kitchen set up. Parking underground mostly empty, thought it prob should have been free considering. Overall good stay.
