3 minutes walk to the beachfront
14 minutes walk along the beach to bustling Manly Corso

This top floor space boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room, 2 large decks, and indoor parking for one vehicle. The entire property has been recently renovated.

You will have the entire first floor to yourself, including unrestricted use of the garage.

I work weekdays 8am-6pm, but am generally available outside those hours.

Manly is a very popular beachside suburb in Sydney. Around the Corso lies numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the Manly ferry which provides a picturesque 25 minute ride through Sydney Harbour to the CBD.

Pelican Place is situated in the northern half of Manly, close enough to the Corso to have access to everything, but far enough away that the streets are quiet. The beach is still only a block away.

As the property has a car park, generally car is the best way to travel, but it is certainly not the only way. Public transport from Sydney airport includes a train to Circular Quay, and then the legendary Manly ferry, followed by a 14 minute walk to your front door (I walk to the ferry every day for work).

There are numerous bus routes, and taxi is always an option. Once here though, unless you plan to leave Manly, everything is within walking distance of Pelican Place.

You will only be able to access the garage from the street. There is no internal access.
