Sunlight floods the living room, bouncing off the stylish pine dining table, with room for up to 8, and a contemporary corner sofa is a perfect place to kick back and watch TV. Fabulous parquet floors lead you through the apartment, into the modern kitchen, where you can cook up a storm. There are 3 good sized bedrooms. For hot summer days, a bright private balcony boasts soft seating and a bistro style dining area, for a charming and colourful casual space.



Ideal for both short and long term stays, this property delivers everything you could want right on your doorstep. A vibrant area, there are plenty of great restaurants and bars on your doorstep, including Wine Bar Bondi and Lolas, for great drinks and surfer vibes.



You cant stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - stunning Bondi beach is on your doorstep, and Bronte is not far away. The perfect places to catch the waves - or a tan. Alternatively, take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the famous views of all of the crystal waters.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
