We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is also easy access to public transport. The only minor issues were the traffic noise from Pacific Highway, and low water pressure in the bathroom faucet 9.5/10

Grace Central location!
I stay at the Kula crows nest apartment was over all good experience. Room was good and functional clean very central to what we needed to do while we were in crows nest. Only thing was that car park entry was very cumbersome and also there was no street level entrance.

Love the location of this property and parking included was a much needed bonus. Great property, very spacious and well equipped. An extra blanket would have been perfect for the cool winter nights. Will definitely return when I next travel to Sydney.

The location was excellent — just opposite Crows Nest Station, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies all within a short walk.
The apartment itself was spacious, but the kitchen was one of the worst-equipped we’ve encountered in a serviced apartment. It only had two random cups for us to use and barely enough crockery and utensils to make proper use of the kitchen and dining facilities.
We faced a few issues during our stay. The balcony was flooded, but the more serious problem was getting trapped behind the car park garage door. Despite trying multiple ways to get out, we were stuck for about 30 minutes. There was no apology or follow-up from the property management. Following that incident, the roller door was left open for the rest of our stay — presumably because it was no longer functioning — which raised concerns about security. It gave unrestricted access to the unsecured lift and all apartments, which were only protected by simple, easily bypassed standard keys.
The check-in process also felt insecure, as it seemed unlikely that the keybox code is changed regularly.
Additionally, the apartment door offered poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and even from neighbouring units. Being located along a main road, traffic noise was also noticeable.

Property was in a convenient area for our business stay and that's why chosen.
The cleaning was not thorough and I suggest only the minimum completed, not overall. Both balconies were not cleaned at all so could not use as the floor filthy.
The bathroom could do with a good scrub, mould in the grouting, particularly the floor. Otherwise the water pressure good & adequate supplies for our stay.
Bed was comfortable, block-out blind great but a bedroom light fitting was in need of maintenance as was the loungeroom privacy blind (very hard to lower and raise).
There is a 24/7 Gym underneath available to guests, but unfortunately, loud music & base beat early morning and early evening around dinnertime. Lived with it as just a background annoyance you notice and thankful only lasted for say, 1 hour periods.
Had a problem with the TV, but communications with the Kula Team led to a satisfactory result.
I would recommend to stay, but perhaps a good talk to the contract cleaners would not go astray.

Great location well serviced by bus and train (10 mins to St Leonard’s) Will be even better when Crows Nest Metro (opposite) is operational.
Supermarket shopping at Crows Nest (5mins) combined with well equipped kitchen makes self catering very easy.
Laundry facilities make an extended stay convenient.

There are major noisy metro works across the road from the property.
A clear explanation that entry to the unattended building would be via a keypad at the front door using the code sent by email and that entry to the apartment would be by coded access to a locked box which containted the key. Many of your guests may be used to such practices. But clearer explanations for first time users would improve the experience.

Noise problem
There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes).
Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean

Best on the Northside
Great apartment in a very central location.
I was upgraded to a huge 3 bed 2 bath two balcony apartment, which was a godsend. The sun was out and the view every evening as the sun set was a real bonus.
Clean, spacious and well stocked on all fronts (bathrooms, kitchen) makes this the only choice when seeking accomodation in the North side of Syd. I had a friend with a car come for dinner and she could park underneath the building for free.
Communication with the company was perfect and they understood my concerns when the front door of the building was malfunctioning. It’s was fixed within the day
I didn’t want to leave.

There is constant construction across the road from the apartment. 7 days a week from 7am until late. This was not disclosed and was unbelievably loud. The beds are rock hard with no base just a mattress on wood. There are a number of other repairs needing to be done including a sliding door surround that fell on my head. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE AFTER A REAL LIFE CONSTRUCTION SITE EXPERIENCE!

The apartment itself has potential but is old and tired and does not present as it does in the photos. Quite obviously staged for photos and then removed leaving only basics.
No tea towel provided and no response when attempting to contact to them to enquire about it. No obvious easy way to contact them.
Beware, if you have a car, there is only 1 hour street parking nearby and a multi-storey around the corner. (Unfortunately we did not check its rates and ended up having to pay $39 for just under 4 hours.)
Only one of the beds was comfortable the other two were too hard.
The place served a purpose for us but for what we paid, felt very underwhelmed.
Great location, close to transport and shops. Self contained to facilitate home cooking. Spacious studio with a large balcony. Relatively quiet with a pleasant view. Laundry a bonus enabling us to depart with clean clothes for our forward journey.
