Yes, the view over the harbour is excellent and the Balmain East ferry is 5 minutes away. However, the apartment has not been renovated for upwards of 30 years and many of the kitchen electrics do not work. There is no hairdryer, coffee machine etc. I grated bedroom light in the main bedroom. The apartment is deceptively described in the advertising. Avoid it!
