Modern kitchen and laundry . Carol bay is just cross the road . Near to beautiful beaches like Palm Beach , Avalon Beach and Bilgola Beach , just 5 minutes drive. Close to great restaurants and cafes at Avalon Village and Palm Beach (3 minutes drive).
Beautiful area for get away and unique views from Palm Beach light house.

Beautiful Palm Beach getaway

This property is absolutely spectacular, just what we needed for our peaceful getaway. Nestled above the trees with a wonderful outside verandah that you can relax, take in the beautiful views and watch the birds. Close to everything but tucked away in a beautiful part of the world I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely views and privacy

We stayed overnight to take the ferry from Palm Beach to Ettalong beach. It was the perfect accommodation for a family of four, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the gorgeous views into Careel Bay from the private balcony spanning the length of the master bedroom and lounge room - nice to have coffee outside seated at the outdoor table. Everything was very clean and stylish and we appreciated the two modern bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting by the gas "wood" fire at night to see twinkling lights across the bay. We'd like to come back for a longer stay next time.
