Charming mountain cabin in spectacular nature

You will quickly feel at home in this comfortable mountain cabin with high ceilings and an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Wool rugs, sheepskins, and a separate sofa corner by the dining table create two areas for relaxation. Water-based underfloor heating in the living room, hallway, and bathroom provides extra comfort, while the basket of homemade rag socks in the hallway invites you to enjoy cozy moments.



The bedrooms have new, comfortable beds of good quality, and you will find the beds made up with bed linen and towels included. Sturdy mosquito nets keep pesky insects out, so you can sleep well after active days in the mountains.



Two mountain lakes are located just below the cabin, perfect for swimming in the summer. If you prefer narrow trails in the terrain, there are lovely swimming spots to discover. Free parking for two cars right outside makes it easy to get started on your trips.



In winter, you are close to ski resorts and cross-country trails. All year round, there are great hiking opportunities in beautiful natural surroundings. A 15-minute drive takes you to grocery stores in Stranda, Velledalen, Straumgjerde, or Sykkylven town center. The Geiranger World Heritage Site and the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund are highly recommended as day trip destinations.
