Allerdings gab es auch ein paar kleine Schwächen wie innenliegendes Bad ohne Lüftung und damit einhergehende Schimmelbildung in der Türlaibung, wenn ein Vormieter nicht lüftet, Badschrank total verstaubt, halbe Rolle Klopapier zu Beginn, TV Sender gingen nicht komplett etc. In Summe ein gutes Erlebnis für den Preis und die Lage bis zum Strand mit 1,2 kleinen Mängeln. "Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Superschön, modern eingerichtete Maisonette-Wohnung. Die Koffer die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen hoch zu schleppen ist allerdings ne Mannschaftsleistung gewesen. Das Zimmer für die Kinder ist sehr beengt, dadurch sehr warm, schwer zu lüften.
