Wünderschöne, and from 01. 04. 2016 completely renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of Westerland. The apartment impresses with its central and very near the beach location, which is almost at your doorstep. The beach is just under 100 meters. The Sylt wave, numerous shops, restaurants, food markets, bakers, and parking (for a fee!) are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is located in the 4th. Floor and from the south balcony; You have a great view over Friedrichstrasse and the sea. An elevator is available.

The apartment has 40 square meters, which are currently being renovated and furnished high quality and modern. The perfect living ambience will make you feel at ease here. The complete floor of the living room and bedrooms consists of real wood parquet. In the modern and light-filled living room you will find a cozy and high-quality spring interior sofa bed, a dining table with comfortable chairs, a 50-inch LED TV, and a hi-fi system with Bluetooth function to easily connect your own music source. The open kitchen is equipped with brand appliances. The bright and spacious kitchen of your apartment leaves no wish to cook.

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80m wide), light furniture with ample storage space, and another LED TV. The windows of the apartment are provided with plicees and Roman blind.

The apartment also has a newly renovated shower room, - and separate toilet room.
