    This 1.5-room apartment (approx. 32 m²) is located on the 1st floor of a small apartment complex at Boysenstraße 5, just a short walk from the city centre, Friedrichstraße, the beach, and the train station. A top-notch home awaits you here. Bright living space with a BEACH HOUSE aesthetic, featuring a west-facing balcony and designer flooring with a cool, grey wooden crate look. A flat-screen TV (cable), stereo system, and DVD player are, of course, provided. There’s also a fully equipped open-concept living-room-kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a dining area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and a second flat-screen TV. A fantastic, top-of-the-line modern bathroom with granite flooring, a full-glass shower, and heated floors. Bathroom fixtures by P. STARK. Small safe.
