Apartment No. 9 is located on the 1st Floor on the north back. It is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.\ nThe apartment was completely and high-quality renovated in May 2019. In the combined living room / bedroom you will find a comfortable couch with table and access to the large balcony.\ nA large box spring bed prepares restful nights. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.\ nThe spacious shower room is equipped with a large, open shower and plenty of shelves.\ nA parking space belongs to the apartment.\ nIn the underground garage of the house there is a parking space available.\ nPlease note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.\ N \ n
