Experience Frisian hospitality at the traditional “Friesenhaus Käpt’n Hahn,” which, with approximately 70 m² spread over two levels, offers up to 3 guests a relaxing stay on Sylt. This stylish thatched-roof holiday apartment is located in a quiet area of Westerland and is the ideal retreat for unwinding and finding peace. With its own mature garden and spacious terrace, you can enjoy the sun and your privacy here. Dogs are welcome.

**LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREAS**
The living-dining area features a cosy seating area with a sofa, armchair, and TV. The apartment features its own furnished terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden. The garden offers plenty of space to relax, play, and unwind, and the beach chair provided (April through October) adds a touch of Frisian holiday charm.

**SEPARATE KITCHEN**
The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: a modern ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Here, you can comfortably prepare all your meals for a relaxing day on holiday.

**BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
The master bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and custom-built cabinetry that provides ample storage space. The second bedroom features a single bed (90x190 cm) and also has built-in cabinetry. The bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for relaxing moments.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space for one car and bicycle storage are located right next to the house. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and Pluviosen, which create a particularly cosy atmosphere. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is at your disposal.

For added convenience, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available, and dogs are welcome here—perfect for dog lovers, couples, and families.

The central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the wide variety of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 metres away, so you can enjoy relaxing days at the beach whenever you like. Its proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
