SÜDERSTRASSE WHG. 02 FRIESENHAUS – This cosy 3-room holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of an idyllically situated, thatched-roof Frisian house in a quiet area near the beach in the southern part of Westerland. With a living area of approximately 75 m², it accommodates up to 2–4 people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on Sylt. The apartment features two separate bedrooms: a spacious one with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds and an additional sink. The separate living area with a TV invites you to relax. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave—the cosy dining area is perfect for shared meals (please note that there is no oven). A shower room with a toilet and hair dryer, as well as an additional guest bathroom, provide extra comfort. The thatched-roof Frisian house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with a spacious garden. Here you’ll find beach chairs, patio furniture, and sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air and spending relaxing hours surrounded by nature. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5–10-minute walk away, and the centre of Westerland is about a 10–15-minute walk away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee. Please note: The apartment is accessible only via stairs.
