Einmalige Lage. Fantastischer Wellnessbereich. Viel Platz und Stil für Zwei

Unique location. Fantastic spa area. Plenty of space and style for two.

“Nice” is by no means an adequate description of the quality of this residence. That this apartment will become your very own favourite among Sylt’s accommodation, however, fits perfectly:

You’ll be staying in a brilliant location in Westerland, with the main shopping street “Friedrichstr.” just 20 metres from your lodgings, and the beach just a few steps away. Shopping, breathing in the sea air, strolling, fine dining—you can do it all on foot. So your car can actually stay parked in the duplex underground garage for your entire stay.

Your enthusiasm won’t wane when you step inside your home—you’ll find plenty of space, design, and style. And all of this on a single level—a rarity on Sylt. The true star of your home, however, is the one-of-a-kind wellness area, which you can use free of charge. There’s probably no other holiday apartment on the island with such a spacious and beautiful wellness area. Even many 5-star hotels can’t compete—sorry :-) ...

Floor plan:

A luxurious apartment on the ground floor, located in the very best city centre area of Westerland. An extremely spacious layout of approximately 76 square metres of usable space is available for up to two people, with all rooms on one level. Impressive wellness area. Duplex garage.

Upper floor / “Bel Étage”:

Even the entryway stands out on its own—it’s been designed with a very generous amount of space by Sylt standards, naturally including plenty of room for your coat rack and shoes. Your living area is flooded with light and very tastefully designed. High-quality furnishings and exquisite fabrics quickly immerse you in a pure atmosphere of well-being.

The dining area has been cleverly integrated into the living space. The open, luxury kitchen spoils you with every cooking convenience. Your sleeping area welcomes you with a high-quality double bed (2x90x200 cm); the owner of the Nette-Star places great importance on ergonomic sleeping comfort for you, his guests. The adjacent bathroom is also very spacious and features both a shower and a bathtub.[nbsp][nbsp]

You can also enjoy Sylt to the fullest outdoors: a sort of covered loggia lets you watch the goings-on around Friedrichstr. in comfort, sheltered from the wind and weather.

The shared wellness area in the basement of this apartment complex is a true dream: look forward to a large pool that truly lives up to its name, several (waterfall) showers, a large sauna, a steam room, and a lounge/relaxation area. A shared washing machine/dryer is also available to you, as well as a parking space in the property’s underground garage (max. LxWxH 5x1.9x2 m)*.

Welcome to the Nette-Star, a very special holiday apartment on Sylt!
