Although your “Ocean” apartment isn’t far from the sea, you’re much closer to the expansive and idyllic Tinnumer meadows, which begin right at your doorstep. Not only is this the perfect spot for long hikes, bike rides, and jogs, but it’s also a true “dog-walking paradise” for dog owners. It’s not far to the dike and the Rantum Basin, where you can experience the impressive spectacle of the Wadden Sea. By the way: even during peak season, you’ll be (almost) completely alone here on the dike—wonderful!

But the “Ocean” also impresses with its interior: it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people—by Sylt standards. The living space exudes quality and captivates with numerous beautiful details, such as the wood-burning stove, which ensures cosy evenings. Attention all wellness enthusiasts: your bathroom is a dream! Beautiful black and cream-colored natural stone caresses your feet and lets you start your day off right in the lovely shower. Your kitchen is fully equipped and—a rarity on Sylt—is separate from the living area. So even after dinner, you can simply say, “Just close the door!” and leave the cleanup for the next morning.

In the stairwell—which is also accessible from the neighbouring apartment—there’s another bathroom on the ground floor available "on top" if needed.

A beautiful 4-room apartment located in a meadow setting in Tinnum, on the upper floor (which is at ground level there!). Approx. 80 square metres of living space can accommodate up to 4 people.

Upper floor:

Beautifully designed living room with a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. Of course, an iPod dock and Blu-ray player are also included. Fully equipped, separate kitchen with a microwave, NESPRESSO machine, oven, and dishwasher. A built-in washing machine is also available free of charge in the apartment. Separate, modern dining area with ample space for 4 people. With two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (with separate 180x200cm mattresses) and a flat-screen TV, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep or, if you prefer, a quiet retreat for reading, surfing the web, or listening to music. A wonderful, comfortable bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and a beautiful double sink. In the stairwell—which is also accessible from the neighbouring apartment—there is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor available as a "bonus" if needed.
