With its spacious 114 m², the Haus am Watt offers comfortable accommodation for up to six people. The holiday rental is situated in a quiet location in the village of Rantum, making it an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. Its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the beach—just about 1,000 metres away—allows you to enjoy relaxing hours by the sea as well as a variety of nature experiences.

The house spans two floors and features a total of five rooms, including four separate bedrooms. The layout is also well-suited for families who value privacy and ample space. Generous windows offer a pleasant view of the sea and create a light-filled, welcoming living atmosphere.

For your comfort, there are two bathrooms—one of which has a bathtub—as well as an additional guest bathroom. Two showers are available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo espresso machine, toaster, refrigerator, and separate freezer compartment. This makes it easy for you to prepare all your meals. A dining area offers plenty of space for breakfast together or a cosy dinner.

In the spacious living area, you’ll find a TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, ensuring relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi is also available. A washing machine and dryer ensure a comfortable stay, allowing you to remain flexible even during longer stays. For added convenience, an iron and an ironing board are provided in the house.

Outside, you’ll find both a balcony and a terrace, which—together with the provided patio furniture and a lawn for sunbathing—offer the ideal setting to enjoy the fresh North Sea air. The non-smoking house is designed to be child-friendly and allows pets upon request. Families will appreciate the spacious layout and the natural surroundings.

A private parking space is available right next to the house. The excellent location also offers short distances: shopping and restaurants are just 500 metres away, while the train station and the airport are about 7 to 10 kilometres away.
