The apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by lift via a few steps) and has a west-facing balcony.<br>PLEASE NOTE: There are about 10 steps to the lift. <br>Size: 1-room apartment, approx. 32 m², for 2 people.<br>Amenities:<br>Renate 23<br>The living room features a sofa set, and the dining area is located in front of the window. A white wall unit houses two fold-out beds placed side by side, each of which can be opened individually. The small kitchen is separate from the living room. From the balcony, you can see the sea to the side, behind the “Sylter Welle.” The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a telephone (for calls to German landlines).<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>A parking space can be rented, if available, either outdoors or in the underground garage.<br>Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax levied by the respective municipality on Sylt.
