On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living area with a cosy sofa section, dining area, TV, and integrated kitchen—the perfect place for relaxing evenings after an eventful day. A comfortable double bedroom (160x200 cm) rounds out this level. A staircase leads down to the lower level, where another double bedroom (180x200 cm) and a modern shower room provide additional comfort.
