This small, cosy, and functionally furnished one-room apartment accommodates 1–2 people maximum.
Location: on the ground floor, separated from the stairwell by a separate hallway

- Combined living/sleeping area
- Private west-facing terrace with a seasonal beach chair and patio furniture (April–Oct.)
- Free Wi-Fi
- Cable TV/flat-screen TV and radio
- The modern sleeper sofa easily folds out into a comfortable bed with
a raised sleeping surface
equipped with a cold-foam mattress on a slatted frame (1.50 x 2.00)
- Dining area and fully equipped kitchenette:
with dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment,
coffee maker, tabletop bread maker, toaster, and electric kettle
- Shower room with window, hair dryer, and makeup mirror
- Vacuum cleaner and iron.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the house.

- Car and bicycle parking spaces (unmarked) on and around the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
