This 2-room apartment is located at Strandstr. 22 on the 2nd floor and features a north-facing balcony. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and features a new bedroom with a double bed (two good single mattresses), a large living room with a new sofa (which converts into a bed for a 3rd or 4th person), and a large dining area. The separate kitchen is well-equipped (oven, microwave). Bathroom with a tub and a separate guest bathroom. The furnishings are well-maintained, and the living area is fully tiled. Additionally, a new flat-screen TV, radio (CD player), and telephone are provided. No pets allowed. A garage space is available; maximum height of the garage door: 1.80 m

An underground parking space, suitable even for large cars, is of course included with the apartment. There is also an lift in the building.
