This exclusive apartment is located in Westerland on Sylt, right next to the spa promenade and just 150 metres from the beach. The modern renovation of the historic “Seeburg” hotel was curated by the Mensing Art Gallery, resulting in each apartment being individually designed in a retro style. The stylish interior, featuring furniture from France, Belgium, and England, creates a special, cosy atmosphere.

The spacious living room features a cosy seating area with a corner sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing evenings. The view of bustling Friedrichstraße and the ocean is a highlight of this apartment. The dining area, featuring a charming bench, is located in the building’s round tower and offers a unique panoramic view thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, so you’ll have everything you need. Here you can prepare your favourite dishes and enjoy them at the spacious dining table with six chairs—ideal for dinner or a cosy breakfast.
