Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this charming, thatched-roof 3-room vacation apartment at the “Landhaus Süderhof.” Spanning approximately 66 m² over two levels, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Ideally located in the captain’s village of Keitum, this retreat offers tranquility, comfort, and an on-site wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna.

**LIVING ROOM AND RELAXATION AREA**
The inviting living room features a cozy sofa area and an open-concept kitchen-dining area, perfect for relaxing. The large windows offer a magnificent view of the Sylt landscape or the sunset. A high chair is available for families with small children.

**OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN AND DINING AREA**
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped—ideal for preparing delicious meals. At the adjoining dining table, you can dine together and spend cozy evenings.

**TWO COZY BEDROOMS**
On the first level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a generous ceiling height. A staircase leads to the second bedroom in the attic, which is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm). Here you’ll find a spacious alcove that serves as storage space for clothes and suitcases.

**COMFORTABLE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER**
The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet is located on the first level and serves as a comfortable retreat.

**WELLNESS AREA WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA**
A highlight is the on-site wellness area with a swimming pool and Finnish sauna. Here you can relax at the end of the day and recharge your batteries.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A washer and dryer are available in the house for a fee. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a parking space are also provided. Pets are not allowed.
