"PROS: Desk staff was courteous/ friendly; Convenient location to Sylva; Quiet; Plenty of outlets in room CONS: Dirty bathroom floor (had a lot of hair from previous occupants - uncertain if pet or human); Holes in linens on bed; Bed mattress was in terrible condition (far too soft, due to long-term use - on one side there was a permanent indentation, which made sleep difficult and uncomfortable) NO INFO: Breakfast, because we did not eat Overall I would not go again. The bathroom floor clearly had not been swept well or at all, which made us wonder how much had actually been cleaned. The mattress, though, was the absolute worst we have ever slept on. We are still stiff and sore after two nights of sleeping on it. There is no excuse for a mattress that is so worn down it has giant, deep indentations where someone is sleeping. Unacceptable."

"Cabin number 3 was right on the creek, had a hot tub on the deck, a tv on the deck, a small table and chairs. The shower was amazing. The beds were comfortable. There was a small kitchen and both a couch and loveseat in the living room. There was also a washer and dryer and a tv in each room! We loved those things! Now, a few things need to be addressed. The tv at the hot tub did not work. The cover for the hot tub light was broken. There was a drinking glass in the hot tub and an ash tray filled with cigarette butts on the table, some small trash on the floor and someone really needs to vacuum under the couch cushions and clean the bar stools( they were really stained up. Even knowing these things, we would stay again because the location was great and we actually liked the cabin."

"A quick one night stay for my husband & me with our two bassett hounds. Clean rooms. Updated bathroom. Large room with an entry space with open closet to hang clothes and a makeup vanity/coffee area w/chair. Next open room had king & queen beds; desk & chair; 2 upholstered chairs & 1 wooden rocker; tv/drawers/refrigerator area; and electric fireplace."
