"The Fern" is one of the coziest and peaceful experiences you will come across. Perfect for a romantic getaway or solo wellness retreat. Come relax, hike, and experience the close-by mountain towns of Waynesville and Sylva.

The Fern is 1 of 5 tiny houses at Whisper Woods micro resort. It feels private but there are other tiny houses on the property within eye shot.

We don't yet have Wifi but working on getting Starlink set up.
