"My stay was extra ordinary. Staff were extremely courteously especially the reception, security, breakfast attendants and those in housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing Rooms were spacious and clean"

The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "

"The workers are very nice. Sometimes the front dest forgets small requests. Very frugal on toilet paper. The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. The window in the bath is always dirty and there is noise usually coming from there maybe because it’s next to the air conditioner. The crew overall is kind and always tries to help."
