"staff super polite,helpful, and accommodating. nice quiet neighborhood close to anything you want. decent room, good coffee, included breakfast more than makes up for the small parking fee at the garage... but the garage was worth it and clean and everything felt tip top for a bargain and within walking to distance to CitiField (LGM) we will probably stay here from now on when we make our trips to Queens."

"The bed was wonderful, the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the airport was great. The drivers were so nice. Check in was great the staff was so nice to us. We arrived early and had our bags checked in and they told us to have breakfast. Definitely staying at this hotel again. "

"We just stayed overnight. Check in at reception was very slow. The lady was serving customers standing behind us as well. THE Information on Hotels website said they had 5 am airport shuttle but the hotel does not have the service we had to pay gorvthe taxi!"
