The room needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. The faucet knobs were not working properly. It looked old.

Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse Dewitt
The staff was definitely courteous. The room did not have any shampoo in the bottle on the wall. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I was in the shower. The breakfast was great but the eggs and sausage were warm but not hot. Other than that, it was a great stay.
