Guests have exclusive use of everything inside the condo unit. The building areas such as the hallways, parking lot, and outdoor grounds are shared with other residents of the building.
Other Things to Note:
This is a spacious duplex apartment with two floors and two beds. The main bedroom features a king bed, while an upstairs loft area has a queen bed. The loft is an open area without a bedroom door, but we provide a Japanese room divider for added privacy. The sleeping areas upstairs so guests should be comfortable using a flight of stairs. This is a true one-bedroom duplex apartment.
We use BabyQuip for baby equipment. It is rental service that offers clean, sanitized, and safe baby gear. Rent cribs, car seats, strollers, toys and more. Please request in advance if you would like us to assist with renting your baby gear.
