The Mansion is located in Syros, the capital of Cyclades Island group. As a capital, the Island offers a fully organized social services, a big hospital and airport.
It is very close to Athens and Mykonos Island where all international flights land.

DellaGracia Mansion is a 19th century restored stoned house in Poseidonia, a historical resort on the island of Syros, also called Dellagracia.
This mansion of 172 m2 was designed by an architect of Ernst Ziller’s School. The antique furniture contributes to the personality of this accommodation. DellaGracia Mansion has 4 big bedrooms (approximately 19m2 each), 2 sitting rooms with double sofa-beds, a full equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. All beds can be converted into double beds.

The Guests can enjoy the spacious garden, more than 3 acres, surrounded by thick stonewalls, terraces and offering a sea view, only 400 m from the Gulf of Poseidonia. The garden includes tall pine trees, olive trees, rare mastic and almond trees, and scented flowers such as jasmine. The terraces are covered by big pine trees pergolas, ideal for all fresco dining and relaxation. All terraces are made of 19th century marble.
Clean linen and towels are provided.
DellaGracia Mansion is an ideal place for your wedding day also.
The Mansion offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, an espresso machine and toaster are available for your comfort. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site.

Lovely listed vacation house

We loved the house. Its interior has been decorated with great taste, spacious exterior with sea view and lovely shaded areas for sunset drinks. Ideal location near the best beaches. The owner is very helpful and we felt very welcome. We highly recommend it. ✨✨✨✨✨

Charmant et authentique

Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis dans cette maison historique de Syros. Accueil particulièrement attentionné de la part de la propriétaire qui n'a eu de cesse de rendre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous recommandons également l'ile de Syros, éloignée des circuits touristiques de masse, pour notre plus grand bonheur. Location de scooter ou de voiture fortement recommandée pour profiter des charmes de cette île.

Fantastiskt hus och underbar boendemiljö.

Huset har en underbar sekelskiftes inredning och hus med många fina detaljer och möbler. Det var lätt att trivas i huset även om man är flera familjer. Bonus var ute duschen och det sköna klimatet i huset mer aircond. Många fina stränder i området och närmsta stranden en enkel promenad på 15min. Ett prisvärt bonde.
