Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir für eine Nacht benötigten. Das Abendessen wie auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Einzig nach dem Auschecken muss für die Therme separat gezahlt werden um noch Zeit dort verbringen zu können. Aber das war auch bei der Informationsmail so herauszulesen.

Unser Zimmer (Nr 126) war beim einchecken zu kalt. Die Heizung lief nicht gut. Problem wurde rasch mit einem Zusatzgerät gelöst. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider waren Massagen sehr eingeschränkt möglich da angeblich ausgebucht, na klar, es gab ja nur eine Masseurin. Man hat anscheinend die privaten Anbieter welche echt super waren eliminiert.Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts, da die Therme ja öffentlich ist.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal bei der Rezeption. Ein u. aus Cheken sehr schnell erledigt. Leider kein Taxi von und zum Bahnhof möglich. Ein Hotelchatel wäre sehr angenehm. Morgen u. Abendbüffet sehr gut und reichhaltig. Komme wieder vorbei.

Wir waren schon zweimal dort und es war perfekt ! Nur diesmal muss ich wirklich etwas beanstanden. Das Essen am Abend war fast kalt , auch beim Frühstück war das Rührei kalt. DieTellerwärmer waren außer Funktion , weil man denkt wenn der Teller warm ist ,dann hat man die Chance , das auch das Rührei warm ist. Und ACHTUNG DAS WASSER IM ZIMMER IST NICHT GRATIS !!! Einen Tag vor der Abreise wird es entfernt , denn du könntest ja etwas davon trinken am Tag der Abreise , und dann ist das nicht mehr zu verrechnen. ENTSCHULDIGE ES HANDELT SICH UM NORMALES WASSER WO DIE FLASCHEN NACHGEFÜLLT WERDEN WAHRSCHEINLICH MIT NORMALEN WASSER. Im Zimmer sollten normal die Handtücher die am Boden liegen ausgetauscht werden, aber das ist nicht so !!!!! Die werden wieder aufgehoben und abgelegt. Wahrscheinlich obliegt das der Reinigungsdame die entscheidet ob das Handtuch noch einmal verwendbar ist? Ich glaube es wird gespart und ich hörte das der Manager neu ist. Ich kann das nicht beweisen , aber viel Glück. SCHADE FINDE ICH , ABER LIEBER EIN BAR EURO MEHR UND ES PASST.

Die Zimmer sind schön, das Essen sensationell gut. Die Therme schon etwas sanierungsbedürftig. Der Aufgiesser Balasz macht seine Arbeit mit Leidenschaft. Ganz toll. Bis 11 Uhr auschecken ist ok, aber dass man die Therme dann auch nur bis 11 nutzen kann finde ich nicht ok. Wir haben den Eintritt nicht verlängert, sondern haben uns einen Tageseintritt in einer anderen nahen Therme gegönnt. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich im Sommer mit Kind und Enkel wieder.

Rezeption total unflexibel (wollten eine Nacht canceln) die Betten im Zimmer sind eine Zumutung- so was schlechtes hatten wir noch nie; Die reservierten Masaggen bekamen wir auch nicht( am besagten Termin, obwohl in einer Mail bestätigt, sagte mannuns - wäre gestern gewesen) Therme unsauber; Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut! Fazit, wir brachen unseren Aufenthalt ab, sonst hätten wir wahrscheinlich einen Bandscheibenvorfall- Kostenrückerstattung Null - Nie wieder

Einschätzung

ruhige Lage des Hotels,sehr gutes Essen,kostenlose alkoholfreie Getränke auch tagsüber,großes und sauberes Zimmer,freundliches Personal, Kritikpunkt: im Thermalbad wurden Säulinge mit Windeln und weitere kleine Kinder unter 14 Jahren zugelassen, obwohl Hinweisschilder auf ein Verbot hinwiesen, Hotelleitung und Bademeister kümmerten sich nicht darum!
