Charged me additional fee for a child for a room reserved for 4 people. We had two adults and a child. The management was not very responsive to resolving the extra cost.

Great place for families
Stayed to get some mountain air and catch up with friends. The resort is great for families and has great facilities. It is more out of the town (about 2o minute walk) but the location is good for mountain walks etc.

Super wypoczynek.

Obiekt nowoczesny, pokoje duże, rodzinne z aneksem kuchennym. Wiele udogodnień dla rodzin z dziećmi: klubik, pokój gier, wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego, stok do nauki jazdy na nartach oraz codzienne animacje. Przyjemna strefa basenowa i SPA. Bufet śniadaniowy bardzo bogaty i smaczny. Minus za dodatkowo płatny parking oraz busa, który dowoził na stok.

Gefallen hat uns der Service & die freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr gut ist auch die Schnelligkeit der Rezeption bei jedem Wunsch & Frage. Nur ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon hat uns gefehlt. Sonst fast alles Perfekt!

Téměř všude desinfekce jen ve sprchách a u toalet v aquaparku nebyly myslím že tam by si umístění take zasloužilo.Platba za parkoviště v takovém hotelu by pro ubytované byt neměla. Jinak vše ok náš oblíbený hotel byli jsme zde jíž po xté.

Wspaniały hotel, przestronne apartamenty, świetna strefa saun, duży basen ze zjeżdżalnią, mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci. Pyszne śniadania, bardzo dobra kuchnia włoska w restauracji. Na pewno tam wrócimy, gorąco polecam.

Nový, pěkný hotel, pokoj prostorný, zázemí pro děti, aquapark příjemný, včetně vířivek. Negativum je, že silnice k hotelu je hodně rozbitá a hotel leží trochu stranou od městečka.

Úžasný hotel pro děti. Super aquapark s dětskou skluzavkou, krásná dětská herna. A pro rodiče dokonalá relax zóna. Luxusní design hotel. Prostorné apartmany. Excelentní snídaně.

Very nice and modern hotel, great for kids of any age. However, the staff is not very well trained - especially the waiters had no idea about what they offer and how they should serve the customers. Also, it seems like they are not used to foreigners, e.g. menu only in Polish. The surronding are is not very nice, there are some abandoned buildings. The aquapark is really very nice, food was tasty, breakfast offers a wide range of food. Overall very good destination.

Fajne rodzinne miejsce
jedno z lepszych miejsc dla rodzin - duże apartamenty z zapleczem kuchennym, całkiem nowe. Małym minusem jest brak wyposażenia w drobne ale podstawowe przedmioty, jak toster, korkociąg, itp. W obiekcie aqua park oraz restauracje - co prawda nastawione na pakiety z obiadokolacją, a nie jak rok temu na menu a la carte - szkoda

Meget vellykket spa/afslapningsophold. Nyt og lækkert hotel med fine faciliteter og store værelser. Fin a la carte restaurant med god mad og drikke til meget rimelige priser - klart anbefalelsesværdigt. Ville hjælpe med et menukort på tysk eller engelsk.
