"The girl at the front desk seemed quite annoyed to assist me. Was abrupt when I was trying to communicate with her and rushed like I was interrupting her. I tried to diffuse by asking her how long her shift was. She was working a double but still quite an ugly attitude. She should not be working a front desk job. Made me very uncomfortable to talk to her like she was ready for a fight. Very hostile. Also asked what was on the breakfast menu. She rushed and told me and said it was on my paper. Our non-smoking room was clean although it smelled like someone just smoked in our room every night. Good hot breakfast and clean room."

"I recently stayed at an IHG Avid hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. During our five-day stay, our room was never serviced. Upon arrival, there was a soap scum ring left on the shower ledge, and due to the lack of housekeeping, we ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to maintain basic cleanliness. Essential items such as hand soap, bath soap, tissues, and toilet paper were not replenished after the initial supply was used. Bed linens were never refreshed, and the bed was not made or tidied at any point during our stay. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk to request towels and toilet paper. Even after being told that someone would return to remove the trash, it was never collected. Additionally, a used, dirty plunger was left in the hallway for two days, which raised concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards. While the soap dispensers were eventually refilled, this only occurred after we happened to catch housekeeping staff in the hallway. Overall, the level of service fell far below expectations and was extremely disappointing."

"Room smelled like marijuana and inside door lock was broken. ps the deposit will take over a week to be returned. "

"Memphis charged a 100.00 security deposit since I was traveling with two small dogs (Yorkie and chihuahua). This has not yet been refunded. This also happened at the other two inns listed below. Additionally booking information quoted a 26.00 pet fee for up to two dogs if under 50 lbs total weight. My two were well under that guideline. This same issue was encountered at my stay at the LaQuinta Inns in Ft. Stockton (4/19/26), Grand Prsirie (20th) and Memphis (21st). I seemingly was dealing with new employees at each hotel. I chose LaQuinta Inns because of their pet policy. I need refunds for security pet deposits as well as credits for pet fees above 25.00. Thank you for your sssistance. Edith Vinson"

"The hotel is nice the room was nice we had a bit of an issue with tv but the staff was very nice and didn’t take long to get another tv. Clean room no roaches or bed bugs so I’m happy. I would recommend this to family and friends"

"It is by the highway so not quiet and there is nothing around but empty commercial buildings..No resturants .. only thing is it is 7 minutes from the airport so for early morning flights it is good"

"This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!"
