I very much enjoyed the public bath and the convenient vending machines that accept EasyCard. The staff were helpful and polite, making checking in and out a breeze. "

"Clean room and amenities. We appreciated the quality tea selection provided, as well as the bathroom amenities. We loved the Japanese-type toilet. It was a major deciding factor in choosing a hotel. Our room was always kept clean promptly, all throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. Staff were kind and very helpful. It is also wonderful that they understand and speak English. Breakfast selection was also fabulous. We truly enjoyed our stay. "
