"Nuestra instancia en Fusto fue terrible la habitación no estaba lista no sabía nadie en él local de nuestra reservación y no tenían idea de nada. Un total descontrol y desacierto por parte de el hotel fusto. Además el perro de fusto atacó a mi perro cachorro. No es digno para ir. Peor experiencia de mi vida. "

"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. "
