The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice.
I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

This hotel has a good location in Ueno near Nakamise Market and Don Quixote and good local restaurants in neighborhoods. Also close to Ueno park and the Narita Express Ueno stop. The rooms are tight with a long thin hallway, and when you open the bathroom door you can't walk through the hallway, but the bathroom is clean and nice shower.

I stayed at a room on a 9th floor. The room appeared to be a former condo of some sort that was converted to rental. The room itself was of good size, however that is where the positives end. 部屋からの景色は素晴らしい。ただ、この時期は暖房しか使えず、外の気温が17度前後でも日差しが入ると室温はかなり高くなり、エアコンが使えないのはかなり厳しい。私達は窓を開け、部屋のドアまで開けたがそれでも部屋の中は暑くて、そこがかなり残念。
