The property is very worn and run down. About 1/3 or more of the rooms are un-rentable. Overall extremely poor condition. Trash strewn all around the perimeter makes it look like a garbage dump. You could see where lights had been ripped off the wall and not painted over. Light bulbs missing from fixtures—the room was very dark. The window had been broken and patched with silicone, the laminate floor was chipped and peeling and welted up. It took over 5 minutes to get water barely lukewarm for a shower. This place, truthfully, should be condemned. It certainly does not represent the Rodeway name. I expected much more and was was extremely disappointed! I will probably bot stay at another Rodeway Motel after my experience with this one.

The outside of the property looked good but when you went into the room it was horrible. Had to switch rooms because water didn't work. Handle fell off and no towels it toilet paper, room dirty. Wanted to get money back to leave but couldn't. I will never go back to any of those properties again.

We checked in and the room had only 1 pillow there was soap left in the shower still there was no towels at all in the room there were burn holes in the comforter it was loud yelling all over outside. I requested towels and they never got brought to the room the next morning i had to request more and finally they brought me 2 towels. The tv in the room didnt have a picture come in without extreme snow on the screen. I would like to request a refund. It was advertised that there was breakfast and that was a main selling point for me but instead there was no breakfast served.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. We stayed here for reasons of nowhere else to go. We never once got a clean towel. The tv didn't work the floors and bathroom I would not wish on my enemy. No hot water whole. We found cockroaches which is utterly disgusting and the rooms. B most of them didn't even have windows. I forgot to put ticket in my window came out this am and my car was gone. They had it towed . It was not even there 5 hours and it's costing me 543.00 to get it out from towing. Why when you check in they take your license plate. What was the pointy. Too lazy to see if I was staying here

No hot water, the bed was a box spring, holes in walls, people walking around outside talking all night. 1 towel in room and looked to be about 10 years old, and the tv from 1990 didn't even work let alone have a remote

This should in no way be able to conceal the truth of the reality you have waiting upon your check-in to The Roadway Inn Fife Washington. First off it's seriously insulting and an attack by Orbitz to say "Family Friendly" encouraging me to take my 3 year old daughter to the exact not just example but definition of where I would never suggest or allow or endanger my family with prior knowledge of the sad and scary secrets this place absolutely only keeps hidden at the Obitz description and preview of this hotel. Once you arrive you realize you have lost all trust for Orbitz in securing a safe stay for the night. Its out of a headline from every terrible thing you ever heard happening in a hotel and that's just the welcome party. Don't stay here unless you have street smarts and seriously a firearm seeing what I saw and encountered. Had to Narcam someone just as I got my child to sleep. If you wanna do the opposite of rehab stay here thanks Orbitz.

Worst place I have ever stayed in.

My bed had no frame. There were cockroaches and my room had never been cleaned except the mattress had sheets and one paper thin blanket. The crime outside my room was high the whole stay.

Terrible is an understatement! The heater/AC was falling apart. The property is poorly kept with several boarded windows and doors. There are derelict vehicles in the parking lot. Several “characters” were strolling around the front of the office. As for security on the room door they only had a deadbolt no other security measures. The window had a slider but didn’t have any security measures to stop it being jimmied open. I will definitely NOT be staying here again… I’d prefer to sleep in a car (in fact one “guest” got a refund and did just that).
