The Flagship House | Stylish and Cozy | 6th Ave

Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, settle into your cozy, comfortable and stylishly renovated 1920 home just steps away from Tacoma's 6th Avenue. Hospitality, modern design and comfort are the pillars from which we have uniquely built this space. Whether you're brought to Tacoma for work travel, visiting family or friends or just needing a cheerful weekend away - we're confident The Flagship House is suited for your needs. We can't wait to serve you!

The space
With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a Casper king bed, an en suite bath, reading nook and plenty of space to unwind or recharge.

On the first level, the second and third bedrooms both offer queen beds. The beds feature a memory-foam Casper and hybrid Beautyrest mattress to offer variety for different sleeping preferences. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Although the neighborhood is quiet, a sound machine is present in each bedroom should you need it like we do.

If you're not planning on dining at one of the delicious restaurants on 6th Ave or the waterfront, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a full set of pots and pans, stone dishware, utensils, premium knives, cutting boards, and complimentary spices are all provided.
For our coffee and tea lovers - Starbucks is nearby, however we also provide delicious ground coffee for your morning blend.

A washer and dryer are on site and available should the need arise.

Disclaimer: This is a 1920's build, with some items you can come to expect with an older home: the house is slightly slanted, there are a few small chips in the bathtub, door knobs aren't new. We're confident these types of items will not hinder your stay.

1. While there is convenient, private parking in the back, the only keyless entry to the home is the front door.
2. Security camera's are present in the front and back of the house to ensure safety

What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay!

The house was tidy, well decorated and felt safe and relaxing for 3 adults with 3 teen girls. The location was in perfect proximity to the Tacoma Convention center and close to lots of shopping and food. I couldn't have asked for a better deal!

Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for my friends to stay in for my wedding this past weekend. It was also a bit of a reunion for 5 friends who grew up together in Michigan and hadn't seen each other for a max of 20 years, let alone all of us at once. Perfect location in tacoma for local sight seei g.

Beautiful house

Loved everything here. Very inviting and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was only 3 coffee cups, which seemed unrealistic for a 3 BR house. We would stay there again though.

Lovely house

Overall we had a wonderful experience. House was beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of space for a family of four. The only problem we had was that we stayed during a very hot week (95 plus degrees), so the lack of air conditioning was a struggle. I know this is unusual for the location. I would recommend adding a couple more fans to the property just to help cool all the bedrooms and living areas.
