Welcome to beautiful Tacoma and the Pacific Northwest! We look forward to having you enjoy your visit in our recently remodeled cozy, craftsman home! Conveniently located near everything you need to get to in order to make your stay a great one! Close access across the street to a popular biking trail!

It has: 2 BR, 1 BA and a bonus space upstairs to include an office and additional sleeping area. The house is fully stocked, equipped and furnished. Wi-fi, cable is also available.

Turn off the lights and air conditioning/heat. Lock the doors. Send me a text message (253.691.5177) or in the app to let me know that you've checked out so that I can initiate cleaning.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time in Tacoma. The house was in a great location between the military base and Seattle. The house was very clean and Cheree provided everything you would possibly need. I would definitely look to stay there the next time we go to Tacoma.

Great access to highways!

The house was great. For a family of 5, the one bathroom was a bit tricky, but overall it was very doable. Loved having a great washer and dryer. We explored Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainer, Cannon Beach, and Mt. Saint Helens. It was a perfect area to stay to enjoy all the areas.

If your group is looking for a great stay in a nice neighborhood of Tacoma, then this is the place to be! Cheree was very responsive and accommodating by letting me change the guests, and allowing us to check in early. Place was clean, and she had some snacks for us when we got there!

Quiet neighborhood

We’re staying in Tacoma for the weekend and the house was centrally located for what we needed and a nice quiet neighborhood. The only issue was the dogs could fit through the fence and it was difficult trying to keep them in the yard.

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient!

First I have to start off as someone that has stayed in Tacoma a couple times now for business and me and my husband usually stayed in hotels. Each hotel was subpar. Over priced for a hole in the wall. So we decided to look for a home rental this trip. This home was absolutely excellent! Super comfortable and clean. The host is very hospitable. We felt very welcomed. It was very convenient to get to and from the Dome for our function. We hope to be able to stay again in the future. Thank you!
