Property was not well lit from the street, parking lot was not well lit, only one elevator was working, the business center computers were not working, the furniture in the room was dated and worn, and there were ants in my bathroom. The staff was pleasant.

Clean room, friendly staff. Great food in the cafe across from the smoothie place. My only dislike is the parking and the fact that it’s connected to a hospital. I work in a hospital. When I’m on vacation I don’t want to feel like I’m going to work.

The place was very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, as were the towels and linens. I really liked that there was off street parking so that we weren’t searching for parking every time we came back to the house. It was perfect for our dogs and we will definitely stay here again.
