The advertisement saying "luxury" is a bit much. The view was definitely luxury and amazing no questions about it. The apartment was ok it's only a studio room and it wouldn't be comfortable for 8-9 people. We were only 6 and it was a bit crowded. It only has one bathroom to share. No toilet paper or complimentary water not even toiletries and no wifi for a "luxury" apartment. I felt it was a bit misleading. And also there was an increase hidden charges upon arriving eg cleaning fee and late charge fee ( lucky we just made it before 4 pm). This late arrival fee wasn't included in the information provided upon booking. We travel a lot and we have never come across to this "late fee". You are charged more by the hour if you checked in late on the day, this info was only provided to me on the day of check in so what does that tell you. It wasn't transparent this would have been my deciding factor upon booking had I known this hidden fees for the public to see. We still enjoyed Tagaytay despite the circumstance and the cloudy/rainy weather. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating, thanks.
