Great stay in Tagaytay

We had a great time at Quest Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It looks like a new hotel in terms of cleanliness and the staff are very helpful. The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries. And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel

We liked how central everything felt. Sober was a short taxi away and many sights were close. Good location and great staff. The follow through with the staff on room cleanliness need improvement. The first room we were put in was dusty and smelled mildly of mildew, the sheets were not clean either and my wife had an asthma attack sure to the mold and dust. We were moved to another room up a few floors and have had a great experience since

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful visit here with a 17 night stay. I can't say enough good things about our trip. Everyone was awesome and we were treated so well. the room was always clean, the food was great. I had problems with an allergy and they even used a different soap on all our sheets because of it. Looking forward to staying here again
