The owner and the caretaker are really great. The place is safe and clean. There is a free futon mattress. The location is near the highway and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

The place is very convenient and accessible to a lot of restaurants (Pizza Hut, Gerry’s Grill, Cabezeria etc), grocery (7-Eleven), shopping mall (Primark, Ayala Mall Serin, Fora etc) and attractions (Skyranch). It’s clean and complete with mini kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils) it’s perfect for a 2 nights getaway

Location~location~location! This place is so close to all of the great coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distances! Hazel’s place is very clean and has all of the amenities that we needed. Maybe just to add a few more coffee mugs (nothing biggie!) she was very responsive and so as her caretaker. We are definitely recommending this place. Also for restaurants, try Balay Dako and Bag of Beans.

The unit is very clean and well equipped with necessary appliances and kitchen and bathroom towels and soaps. The beddings and linens are clean and fresh. However, my niece and husband stayed in this unit while i stayed in Tower 4. When i tried to visit the room, the ground floor staff (Alexandra Almario) refused to let us in even though i showed the messages to me from the owner and told her that we're also guests. She kept on saying its the rules. Finally looked at their Rules. She was citing Rule #4, which says guests should be briefed about rules and regulations which did not occur. The guard who has better common sense and customer service called the unit coordinator who talked to Alexandra. All i can say is Tower 3's desk person , Alexandra, has an attitude and requires customer service training. I pride myself in having patience as a retired 69 grandma and retired toxicologist but this Alexandra is too much. Tower 3 may be losing return customers because of poor customer service.

Tres bon accueil et réactivité l'hote a ei la gentillesse de nous faire entrer a 11h au lieu de 14h Tres bien situé a cote des restaurants supermarchés massages et sky ranch. Calme et petite terrasse agréable. La résidence est tres pratique piscine sport ..rapport qualité prix ok.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal with a range of restaurants within walking distance. There are two small malls and two supermarkets (SM and Robinsons) within a short walk. The building staff are very friendlt and the owner and caretaker of the unit are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We would stay here again for sure.
