"I am very pleased and satisfied with their staff Tine, Ron and Gab - they are really accomodating and friendly. The place is very nice and the ambiance gives you a positive outlook in life. The owner is also very welcoming and would spend time to talk to their guest about their experience and would even asks for suggestions to the improve their service which really gave me a "WOW" impression. 10 out 10 👍
I will definitely recommend Spinning Cat Hostel to family and friends."

"Stuff is very friendly and Eerythinf is clean. Wifi works extreamly fast which is an advantage. Toilets are outside which is not a problem but there is no place to put your bug in the room couse its literally just rhe beds, and Airco was full on so was freezing in the night."

"very bad experience with this place, the attention quite bad apart we had an inconvenience because they allowed a family of 6 plus a newborn child is our room which is the right thing to give a private room to them, talk to the person of the front desk and I did not pay attention, it was a lack of respect for the other people who were there, my friend and I the next day we left the place."

"I booked this place at the last minute because my family arrived earlier than their original flight schedule. It was advertised “with free breakfast” on Expedia. Upon checking in, the concierge of the property told them based on their rules, breakfast is included depending on how much did you pay, and what we paid for doesn’t have it. I report it to Expedia and the agent confirmed complimentary breakfast is included. We did not insist on the free breakfast anymore. I just thought that they...

"We loved everything about this place. The rooms, location, food, facilities were fantastic. The pool was exceptionally good and well maintained. But the best thing for us was the STAFF. All of them were wonderful and I am sad to leave. I'm sorry I cannot remember all the names. But of the names that I remember from the guys at front of house in the orange shirts are Jane, Azia. Lang, Dars, Mike and (superman) Ralph. Of the security guys in blue I'd like to thank Amor, Lacia, and Eorreon. And the bar and restaurant staff, there were so many of you but of the names I can remember I would like to thank Gian, Jeb Jeb, Peter. You treated us to the freshest and tastiest filipino food at breakfast and at dinner time. I'd also like to thank the lovely gardening lady in green with her big hat, quietly working on the grounds to make them pleasant for all of us. The massage ladies I am grateful for you all too and for your healing hands.
As I have said, there are just too many names to remember and I apologise if your name is not in this review. But I want you all to know that you were ALL appreciated by my husband and I.
This resort, North Zen Villas, is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I definitely recommend it and would stay again.
Finally, I just want to say: Jane, Azia and Lang, whenever I eat coconut or candy, I will think of you now.
I have no choice but to give the NZV 10 out of 10.
Thank you SO much for looking after us.

"Great location. Hotel was very clean. Our pool view room was very spacious and included all the required amenities. Staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. "
"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean as well.
There is a restaurant below as well which was nice for breakfast or when we were too lazy to go far. The hotel helped us with all our questions, had someone come to us when we wanted to rent a car, and helped with any tours.
Would definitely recommend Sweet Home Boutique as we would stay their again as well. "
