The front desk is very accomodating. She let me in even I am an hour early for my check in time. The hotel is a bit outdated bit I don't care as long as I can sleep well. Over all no complaints. I am happy for what i paid for.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die ganze Ausrichtung und alle Gegenstände sind einfach alt; nichts wird modernisiert oder repariert. Die Klimaanlage war mega laut; Fenster undicht - somit hat man alles von der Strasse gehört. Wasserdruck im Bad ist niedrig. Das Personell war mega nett und hilfsbereit- das machte den Aufenthalt erträglicher.

Good enough for a second visit

Great staff, cute little room with ample storage space, nice bathroom and good a/c. Restaurant area was nice and food service good. Limited menu choices however.

Centrally located in Tagbilaran City Clean room Brekky was delicious Front desk was helpful when I was organising our stay Cons But one breakfast I asked for water, theybgave me tap water and when I asked for a bottled water they charged me P20.00 It's a very small amount but the hotel should've given it for free Other hotels give 1 free bottled water a day

The hotel was not the best for us. Our room was right next to the Main Street, so traffic noises and bright lights through the very skimpy curtains all night. We had cockroaches and ants in the bed. The staff are all lovely and helpful, but even as a budget hotel, I do expect and have experienced much better rooms elsewhere.

Nice hotel. Great value

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Quiet even though it is downtown. Good food in the restaurant. I would stay here again if back in the area. I would recommend to others. The only thing was the inconsistent internet in the room but that is minor with all things considered.

We were a group of missioners on a medical and humanitarian mission.We booked this hotel over others because it has an elevator.I am an 80 year old with a pace maker.It is very difficult to climb 4 flights of stairs.On the morning of our 2nd day the elevator went out of service.We had to use the stairs for the rest of our stay.We asked for some kind of discount for our suffering.Was told that because we booked on line,we did not qualify for any kind of compensation.I think this is very unfair and is the reason I am not giving this hotel the 4+ stars that they deserve. .
