"The breakfast was a table in the corner with cornflakes and croissants. Not quite what you would expect when it says you are served local dishes every day. There was an air conditioner that didn't work and a slightly shady fan in the bedroom. It is very dusty under and around the beds and there is a strange unpleasant smell in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. The kitchen is very modestly equipped. "This waterfront hotel is absolutely lovely. We stayed in the lagoon suite - which was well-appointed, spacious, and offered an amazing, picturesque view of the water and many boats. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding. We even got to experience market day just by coincidence, which was a lot of fun. "
