No lunch time bar snacks but the restaurant opposite offers a full lunch and dinner menu. The additional charge for breakfast was excessive. The hotel is outside the town of Corte so we needed a taxi to and from the railway station which was very expensive given the short distance."

"We stayed one night and arrived at 9pm, straight off the ferry (it’s quite a drive). When we arrived the restaurant was closed, but there was a super pizza restaurant about 5kms away… great find, fun owner!! The refuge has great views and it’s a must in terms of driving in and out to the south. Put it on your list!!"

Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. "Only spent one night at this hotel but have only great things to stay about it. Front desk staff was able to check us in a little early. The rooftop pool is clean and a nice to have on a hot day.
