服務不錯,但設備稍微老舊.

這次住在a棟,設備稍嫌老舊,check in的時候安排的房間有煙味,跟櫃台反應後,他們馬上幫我們安排到頂樓層,床鋪很大,有對外窗~到這裡感覺都不錯.但是洗澡的熱水不知道怎麼調要馬太燙要馬太冷QQ床睡起來很舒服~ 飯店沒有附設停車場,可以停在火車站旁邊的停車場,每晚每房(限一台車)補助最高台幣240元的停車費~繳完停車費後可以以發票跟櫃台實報實銷. 飯店的地點很不錯,豐原的小吃夜市商店街都走路就可以到達~

除了停車位問題之外交通算方便

原本有附設停車場但現在沒有了，只剩少數飯店車位，不過幾乎一位難求，只能去附近找停車場，但每日最高只補助NT240，這次我們從入住當天下午4點多停車到隔天退房就NT450，需要有多付停車費的心理準備。

晚班櫃檯對應非常不佳

用Hotels.com 訂房，櫃檯人員缺找不到訂房號碼，花很多時間，且放置客人在櫃檯站著乾等，實在很不妥，應該可以說明大概狀況，請客人稍坐，而不是丟著客人站著自己就跑去處理狀況，客人完全不知道要等到什麼時候！重點，傍晚訂房，確認有房，到了現場得到的回應卻是「立馬為您整理房間」感覺就很差⋯

飯店管理應該要好好加強！

入住的時候，櫃臺有四個人，但只有一個人可以協助旅客完成入住，效率太差；房間內的空調系統，非常吵雜，關掉才能入睡，浴室內的蓮蓬頭擺放的支架已經鬆了，淋浴時無法固定；早上退房櫃檯人員沒有主動告知停車費的相關事宜，走出門了又得走回去問。整個飯店給人的感覺是管理鬆散，需要再加強。

缺點：停車位比較少、禁菸房可是有煙味、冰箱不夠冷 優點：交通方便、雙人床合併後很大，床的邊界不會不舒服、房間寬敞舒適乾淨、晚班櫃檯男性員工服務態度佳、早餐選擇多

一趟舒適的商務旅程~

房間很寬敞與舒適，浴室很大且乾溼分離，房間視野剛好面對豐原新車站前面，晚上燈景很漂亮，心情愉悅，自助早餐也不錯，吃得很飽，宛如以往出國住的星級飯店，值得推薦給大家~

軟體服務水準低落

客服很差。早餐的菜餚是冷的。住宿房間wifi不通，跟櫃台反應，只告訴我該樓層的wifi壞掉了，沒有其他任何的處理。另外，浴室洗澡水水溫過高，不容易調到適當的溫度。櫃檯的反應是從來沒有人反應過這樣的問題。甚至還告訴我，自己也住在飯店裡，應該沒有這樣的問題。最後，早上退房的時候，在我第一天就已經結清住宿費的狀況之下，告訴我還需要加付兩百多塊。我質疑之後，確認了一下才說帳目不太清楚，所以我其實不用付。服務水準完全與其星級不相符。令人瞠目結舌。

還不錯的帶寶住宿

雖然有其他旅客在房內抽菸，但警報器有響起。走廊不時瀰漫煙味，還好房內的空氣清新獨立。因為有帶一歲以下的孩童入住，有索取嬰兒床與嬰兒澡盆，工具相當齊全，服務態度也很好。房內冷氣不冷(要等蠻長一段時間)，早餐用餐的服務員的制服不統一也造成旅客識別的小困擾(但服務相當及時與妥善)。有按摩沙發、腳底按摩池與健身房(附淋浴間與廁所)設施維護相當好。

The hotel is really far away from the City Center. However, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I think the hotel should put more interest in the breakfast as it was a low-point in my trip. Breakfast should provide fresh options of fruit and juice instead of what they currently offer.
