Arrived around 10am, room was not ready, they try to expedite and the room was ready around 1pm,so aprreciate by early check in and upgrade to bigger and clean room. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious, many choices. Only thing is no hair conditioner provided, the hotel was connect to a shopping which can easily access, so no problem for getting any amenties.

This hotel is attached to a shopping mall.The breakfast was well done. Our room had such a disgusting smell that we couldn't sleep so the next day I told the reception and they sent a dehumidifier that helped a little.The pool and gym were excellent. The staff were very helpful.
