Beautiful house in the heart of its pine forest - private pool

Come and discover this beautiful, bright house in the heart of a pine forest of 7000 m2. La Florentine is a beautifully decorated and refined house consisting of a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen at the heart of the space that opens onto the outside.

Continuing on, you'll find three bedrooms, including two doubles and one that can be adapted to suit your needs. Ideally designed for 6 people.

Two tastefully finished bathrooms are at your disposal, one equipped with a bathtub, as well as two toilets. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living space and fans in the sleeping area.

Outside, you'll find several relaxation areas. Two terraces will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends in the shade of its beautiful arbor, listening to the birds and cicadas of our beautiful Provence. On the second level, the pool will welcome you for a refreshing swim and relaxation. Its view of the pine forest will allow you to completely disconnect. An outdoor BBQ area is also available for cooking delicious meals.

The property is equipped with an EV charging station (type 2 connector + socket connected to the meter at 18kw/h).

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

La Florentine is located in the charming medieval village of Taillades in Provence, at the crossroads of the Luberon's hilltop villages, and just a few minutes' drive from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, our beautiful Provençal Venice.
You'll find all the amenities you need just a stone's throw away (bakery, pharmacy, etc.).

Ideally located to explore all of Provence.

Well equipped house in a lovely location

A great base for exploring the Luberon. The house is in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. The outside space and pool are lovely. The internal decor is looking a little tired in places but the house is well equipped and comfortable. The team managing the property are very efficient.

Top Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier mit grossem Umschwung und einem wunderbar angelegten Garten. Der Aussenbereich läd auf verschiedenen Terrassenebenen zum Entspannen ein, was wir sehr genossen haben. Leider wurde es versäumt, den Pool an unserem Ankunftstag zu reinigen und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Dies wurde erst nach einigen Tagen dann ausgeführt. Sehr schade. Die Küche ist das Highlight des Hauses: moderne Geräte und voll ausgestattet. Irritierend fanden wir die in allen Zimmern ausgelegten Mäusefallen.
