From the check-in (genuine welcome from the receptionist plus informative), cleanliness (very much appreciated! I loved how clean the bathroom is) to location (my tour bus pick up and drop off is just across the street!) - it was a short and but very pleasant stay. "This breakfast was probably the best deal that we got during our trip to Great Britain. If you pre-pay 10 pounds you get all the food you want, including fresh fruit, two different styles of eggs and an assortment of breads. Everything was fresh and delicious."
